Costadilà is based in Tarzo, Veneto and is spearheaded by Ernesto Cattel. Sustainable and natural farming practices are at the forefront of their winemaking, a rarity in Tarzo. Their sparkling wines all undergo natural secondary fermentation, and usually involve maceration. 330slm is 100% direct press Glera, and far more saline and mineral than Ernesto’s other wines.
