Notes from the brewery...
Inspired in one of our favourite coctails, we brewed this Kettle soured Gose with local pilsner, wheat malt and sea salt. After fermentation we added insane (for real, a lot) amounts of lime peel.
Lactic, super crisp and citrusy!
