MV Cantina Indigeno Gas Rosso



This is a blend of wine from 2016 and 2017.
It is 100% Montepulciano. Red sparkling refermented in bottle. Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts. 18 days maceration on skins. Aged in steel for 11 months and a short period in bottle before release. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. They used Trebbiano 2017 must for secondary fermentation in the bottle. Not disgorged. This is a low fizz Rosso Frizzante that’s highly drinkable.
