Mutti Polpa is a unique product that combines the juice of the tomato with its thinly diced flesh, and is able to retain all the freshness of freshly picked fruit. It contains more juice than passata. It can therefore also be used for recipes requiring long cooking times or high temperatures (in the oven for instance).
