A unique ferment of robust Assam black tea and nine aromatic dry spices. Offering stunning deep notes of cinnamon, orange, plum and clove that hint towards mulled wine and hot cross buns. All the chai's ingredients are brewed together to make a rich liquor that's fermented over 6-7 weeks. A bold drink with a delightful, subtle spice flavour and lactic mouthfeel making this a comforting tipple.
