2017 Sol

Michael Gindl has fast become one of the most interesting biodynamic producers of Austria.
His wines are well crafted, highly sustainable, and mesmerisingly intriguing. The Sol has slipped out of production the last few vintages, but as a flagship wine for this producer, we're excited to see it back with a vengeance! The "17 vintage is the perfect year to debut this wines return. >Gruner Veltliner with a splash of Weissburgunder with 6 months on skins, this is a truly unique and special example of Grüner. No added sulphur & not to be missed with flavours of orange. & ripe apples. This is refined, elegant and exceptionally pleasant to drink.
