2021 Merlot

Timo Mayer comes from a long line of winemakers dating back centuries in the Württemberg region of Germany.
Leaving there to travel the world, he finally settled in the Yarra Valley, and has been producing wines of great character and complexity there ever since. All wines are unfiltered and unfined and are made with the aim of showing a true expression of the land. This is a stunning Yarra Merlot with soft dark fruits and gentle spice aromas and flavours. Easy drinking but complex and smooth with a little pleasant tannin. Awesome Merlot.
