Sommelier-turned-winemaker Lisanne Van Son had an extensive career in hospitality throughout the UK and Europe before turning her eye to winemaking.
With experience in the Loire Valley and in Australia with Jauma, Tom Shobbrook, Basket Range Wines, Commune of Buttons, Borachio and Limus, the Dutch native has spent the better part of the last 10 years honing her skills. This 100% Adelaide Hills Riesling was made during Lisanne's time in Australia, having now departed and settled in the Loire Valley to start the next chapter in her winemaking journey. Interestingly, this is a blend of Riesling from multiple vintages. An absolutely smashing example of Adelaide Hills Riesling from organically farmed fruit - fresh, complex and simply delicious!
