2021 Fitter Happier

Fitter Happier, more productive...
Bobby Fishel is a bit of an enigma. Moving from the UK (where he owns a wine bar) a few years ago, Bobby has been based in South Australia for the last few years and has been making some cracking wine. Using 100% McLaren Vale organic and biodynamic Chardonnay, this is a beautiful and delicious acid-driven Chardy with soft fruit flavours and saline and nutty characters. All of Bobby's wines are named after Radiohead songs, and they're all smooth, so well balanced and complex. Fantastic stuff Bobby!
