"Just Enough" has an ethos of exactly that... wine that is handled just enough to make it taste amazing. This bottle is crisp fizz with just a touch of residual sugar to make it plush and yum! No gushing on opening with this pet nat.... Bobby isn't sure if it's the sugar or pure beginners luck! If it's the latter, then you're the luckiest guy in the world Bobby, because second release is not disappointing us.
