Certified Biodynamic White Suffolk Lamb sourced from Tammy Kurtz of Lynden in Oberon, NSW. Everyone has a merguez recipe, this is theirs. Big North African flavours of harissa, garlic, cumin, coriander seed, fennel and paprika but added with a light hand so you can taste Tammy’s lamb in all its glory. Cut them open and shape the mince into a patty for a spicy lamb burger. A little bit picante! No preservatives, no phosphates, no gluten and no fillers.
