This Colombian by Wilder Lasso has a softer character than our previous VS feature (Aricha Natural Anaerobic). It feels humble and delicate, with a distinctive floral and hoppy flavour profile that we don’t often taste on Pink Bourbons. These traits put this coffee a step higher from our usual single origins, earning a spot in our VS collection.
