2021 Chardonnay

Josephine Perry travelled the world working on wineries in such places as Burgundy, Bordeaux, New Zealand, California and the Canary Islands.
Getting started early with the encouragement of her grandfather (a brewer at Swan Brewery), she did her first vintage work at Cape Mentelle (Margaret River) at just 14 years of age! This beautiful Chardonnay is full of character and complexity, and certainly a cut above your standard Margaret River Chardonnay. Matured in a mix of large format oak and amphora, this Chardy is displaying citrus, apple and nutty savoury characters with a nice minerality and saline freshness. Delicious!
