After pressing it was aged in a mix of foudres and barrels before assembling prior to bottling. The wine is light, fruity and tangy. The Mosse tasting notes are \"Raspberry colour. An expressive nose of cherry and cranberry, and white pepper.\" The Mosses recommend a perfect serving temperature is about 12 degrees but if it's a choice between room temperature and refrigerated choose refrigerated every time!
