A blended cuvée: 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Carignan and 30% Grenache Noir. Century-old vines grown on clay soils, with low yields. Both the farming of the vines and the vinification are natural. Made without sulphur, fermented by semi-carbonic maceration, with a short maturation in old barrels.
