Davide has a few hectares of Garganega and Merlot on the volcanic soils of Gambellara, in the Veneto.
His grandfather planted the vines with his father and after selling the grapes to the local co-op, Davide decided in 2006 to start making wine. The farming is organic and the winemaking is hands off with very clean and precise wines as a result.
