Cube's Red Vinegar (200ml)
This vinegar is light, bright and fruity.
It displays quite a depth of flavour due to the many wines that were blended to create it. The red is slightly higher in acidity than the rosé and you can feel the slightest remnants of the tannin that was there when it was wine. Both of these vinegars are unfined and unfiltered. They would be great as the vinegar used in a mignonette or splashed over any raw seafood as well as fantastic in salad dressings.
