Chinati Vergano Genepy (500ml)
Genepy is a typical liqueur of the Alpine area that goes from Piedmont to the Aosta Valley.
It was originally used as a remedy against colds and as a tonic by the populations that inhabited the mountainous areas. Vergano Genepi is obtained from the maceration of Artemisia Genepi with the addition of fresh lemons and yarrow muscat. Genepy can be used as a digestive at the end of a meal or to accompany desserts, such as fiordilatte ice cream or creams. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed with seltzer and lemon zest or as a mixer in cocktails.
