Chinati Vergano Centerbe (500ml)

The Centerbe was born around 1200 in Italy as a medicine and owes its name to the fact that the original recipe included the use of one hundred herbs.
It was also used as a remedy to cure the plague but then the recipe was adapted to make it become a liqueur. Vergano uses about 30 herbs ranging from bitter, like different type of wormwood, to aromatic like thyme, sage and verbena and some other ingredients such as fennel and anise seeds. It’s a great digestive but also amazing with some tonic water on ice.
