100% Picpoul from certified organic vineyards, the grapes are mechanically harvested and pressed to stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit character.
Bright yet pale golden in colour, this Picpoul is extremely fresh and evocative of its maritime proximity as sea-breeze and saline notes intersperse with zesty citrus, appleskin and herbs. Hints of peach and exotic fruits come through on the palate which is light bodied and full of vibrant acidity.
