2021 Carte Blanche

After learning from masters in NZ, Argentina and California, BK Wines was established in the Adelaide Hills by Brendon and Kirstyn Keys.
Carte Blanche literally means ‘white map’… and it could mean something like 'blank slate'. This is not a typical blend, starting with Chardonnay barrels that didn't fit into exactly what they were looking for with a straight Chardy, and adding 10% Savagnin and splashes of Pinot Gris and Grüner Veltliner. Soft and perfumed with beautiful layers of apple pie. This is creamy, textural and complex, but goes down very easily!
