One of our original warehouse guns / delivery drivers. He is now one of the owners of Bar Suze - a brilliant little bar and restaurant in Surry Hills. Due to lockdown - he's making some take away cocktails. This one is rum, Chartreuse and lime. Shake, pour over ice and add a squeeze of lime wedge.
