Argalà Bitter Aperitivo (700ml)
The idea behind this drink comes from the makers having a brilliant experience while hiking in the Besimauda mountains.
E & P were tasting alpine flowers and came across a particularly bitter nibble of gentian; to 'refresh' their palate they drunk some hibiscus tea they had made: best combination ever! Bitter is a blend of roughly 50:50 hibiscus sugared infusion and a separate infusion of gentian, orange peel, liquorice, wild fennel, rosemary, croton & ginger. It’s bitter, sweet, sour and spiced!
