2021 Maceration

A.R.C or A Random Collection was founded in 2018 after Jessica and James Audis made the leap from their lives and former hospitality careers in Sydney and ended up with their own permaculture farm in West Gippsland Victoria.
We're glad they did, because they're cooking up some brilliant Juice! "Our Orange Maceration is a red drinkers white. A fruit salad field blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Riesling and Viognier all grapes are fermented together on skins adding to the texture of the wine. Full of flavour and weight it drinks well cold or with a slight chill exhibiting white nectarine, tropical and passion flower aromatics while the palates grip and acidity leaves you wanting to go back for another glass." - ARC
