Ambrosia: Gentian

Gentian is an herb. The root of the plant and sometimes the bark are used to make medicine.
This is the second cuvee in a series of beers taking inspiration from the herbs, fruits and spices used in apéritifs and digestifs. It does what it says. Herbal, bitter and earthy notes, coupled with the sweetness found in citrus. Flavours you’d find in an amaro or negroni. Skip the fernet and get a glass of this.
