The grapes were pressed using the wooden basket press on the day of picking and the juice fermented and aged in stainless steel tank. It was then bottled at the end of May. Bright, dry and bursting with fresh fruit, this Tempranillo Rosé is packed with flavours of pomegranate, cranberry and pink grapefruit. Hints of red cherry and white strawberry add extra freshness, while crisp acidity gives the wine a lively, mouth-watering finish.
