2022 Watervale Riesling

From the Gullyview and Parish Vineyards in Watervale.
All fruit was planted about 50 years ago. Hand harvested and sorted in vineyard. Crushed and de-stemmed with a slower - 6 hour press - hence us putting it under the skin contact section. Natural ferment in steel and ceramic amphora for two months. Aged in stainless and on fine lees for six months. Riesling but not as you know it - aromatic with texture and spice.
