The Pfifferlings are the cornerstone of the Renaissance of Tavel; the Mayor now onside, the wealth of all the terroirs of the appellation at Eric's disposal. He is now ageing some of his Tavel wines longer before release and so now the 'Prima' harks back to the fresh carbonic style of his Tavel at the beginning, and this one, the OG, is so much better for it - so juicy, crispy and moreish, it is really stunning and now sells for crazy prices on the grey market.
