2022 St. Walter: Montepulciano
Named after Topher’s (one of the brewers) first son.
Barrel aged golden ale blended with 476kg of whole bunch NSW Montepulciano from Bryan Martin aka Ravensworth Wines. Macerated for four months, and refermented together before bottling where carbonation and maturation occurs. Epitome of fruit beer. So many fruits. Plums, blackcurrants, raspberries, cherries all those flavours are there. Wrapped up with a bit of spice and herbs. Like fruit? Like beer? Even like Montepulciano? Sorted.
