2022 St. Henry

Named after Chris’ (one of the brewers) second son.
Barrel aged golden ale blended with fresh apricots from Thornbrook Orchard in Nashdale. Macerated for four months, and refermented together before bottling where carbonation and maturation occurs. So flavoursome. Grab a negroni, squeeze in some apricots, crumble over some biscuits, top with some beer and put it in a bottle. There you go, you've got a St. Henry.
