Named after Topher's (one of the brewers) first daughter.
Barrel aged golden ale blended with whole bunch Semillon from the HVD vineyard at the one and only Tyrell's. The fruit is macerated for seven months and then refermented together before bottling where carbonation and maturation occurs. Elegant and lively. Tastes like apple cider but wayyyy better.
