2022 Ruby Rosé

Notes from the winemaker, Ciaran.
Ruby is a trailblazer. Summer soulful like watermelon Sundays. Peppered with zest, with a white cherry on top. The wine is GRENACHE/SYRAH Parfait. The Grenache and Syrah are from Taungurung Country (Heathcote). Brought to the winery and given a quick squashing for a little colour extraction before being hauled off to the press, directly pressed to barrel for ferment. Named for Ruby, the leader of the pack. Protective of her loved ones and sceptical about newcomers.
