All the fruit from this wine comes from Brash Higgins’ own organic vineyard, Omensetter Estate. Destemmed Cabernet Sauvignon juice, poured over whole cluster Nero d’avola. Strawberry ripple ice cream by name and by nature. We’ll take another scoop please Brash.
