New juice from Amo!
Amo Vino is a side project from legendary importer Tim Stock. He sees Amo as an opportunity to celebrate the Riverland region and its rich cultural heritage. Ramato comes from the Italian word, ‘Rame’ meaning copper. It is traditionally used to describe skin contact Pinot Grigio wines from Friuli, whose colour resembles rust or copper. Grapes from Forreston not Friuli here but made in the same vein. 100% Pinot Grigio, on skins for two weeks. Delightfully aromatic, stone fruit galore with plenty of spice and bone dry.
