2022 Pleasure Time
Notes from Yoko and Andries AKA Brave New Wine!
Cinsault and Counoise fermented on skins for two days for colour before being pressed to tank. Bottled near the end of fermentation for natural carbonation with no additives. Pleasure Time indeed with an electric/neon bright colour. The nose is earthy and spicy over raspberry lolly fruit and spicy plum with light fizz and a savoury spicy finish. Christmas lunch wine!
