A blend of Pinot Noir from Cahilton vineyard, lower Yarra Valley and Pinot Noir from the Yarra Station, lower Yarra Valley. Cahilton vineyard Pinot was destemmed where as the Yarra Station Pinot was fermented as whole bunch. Bright, savoury and juicy. Summer Pinot.
