The fun and easy side project from the Koerner's.
This is unfined Pinot Gris from the Adelaide Hills. Crushed and de-stemmed then 2 days on skins. It then goes into some huge barrels for about 3 weeks, then tank for 3 months. Super lively and clean. Great drinking.
