2022 Pet Nat
Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Notes from him - Made with Riesling. Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel using only indigenous yeast. The wine has super more some and dangerously easy to drink: zingy acidity, great texture, and a long finish displaying flavours of buttermilk, green apples, apricots and a hint of lemon peel.
