Sparkling Prosecco AKA Glera grown by the Box Grove Vineyard, Taungurung Country. Pet Nat Style. Sarah is yielding this prosecco at 5 tonnes/acre, pretty low for prosecco. Planted on a bank of granite sand, this wine is pretty and mineral driven. Floating on your lilo through the milky way vibes. Toight like a tiger. Pears and lemons, crisp and succulent. Creamy and unreserved like a freshly cracked brulee.
