2022 Grüner Veltliner

This is from Murrumbateman. The cool climate region provides warm days and cool nights during the ripening period. Hand harvested fruit in the early morning, immediately whole bunch pressed into stainless steel cooled to 4 degrees and racked from heavy lees, natural yeast, minimal sulphur added. It has fresh cut green apple and a hint of citrus zest. Fine yet supple texture with racy acidity that lends grippy minerality on the finish.
