Box Grove beauties. Straight pressed Glera with Zin which spent 10 days on skins. Hand plunged. Lightly worked. We took the opportunity before a big storm to pick some Zinfandel/Primitivo, before the thin skins burst and the crop was lost. Out went the table red and in came an electric ruby pétillant naturel. Zippy acid. Crisp red apple. Raspberry, boysenberry and cranberry with profusion of bubbles.
