2022 Decoupage

Syrah with slinky restraint. Capturing the elegant, red fruited and spicy side of Yarra Syrah. From a single vineyard in Wonga Park.  Good looking grapes so could handle more wholebunch.  1/3 100% wholebunch 1/3 100% wholebunch destemmed after 7 days 1/3 destemmed.  All worked very lightly- hand plunging to keep the cap wet. Wild yeast, old oak, sulfur at bottling in November.
