Grenache Rosé via free-run & whole-bunch pressed juice. Three pick dates - Early picked gives big natural zingy acid while later picked portions barrel fermented for texture & some creaminess. Savoury & Bone dry with some nice layers & bright acidity. Almond meal, strawberry tops & pink lady citrus. Creamy & dreamy.
