2022 Audrey’s Fairygarten
Notes from James Erskine:
11th year working on this wine and I'm loving the full circle we've done. It's always been a carbonic fermentation but its seen versions aged in steel and barrel, picked early, picked later. After looking back on this wine since we ceased adding sulphites in 2015, the 2015 was the most interesting cuvee and it was picked slightly riper and aged in barrel so that's where we have returned this wine to. Carbonic fermentation then aged in barrel.
