2022 85% Pinot

Yarra Valley red at its best!
Like the name suggests, 85% Pinot Noir from Nenagh Park here blended with 15% Syrah from Highbow Hill. All whole bunch for both varieties, however the Pinot receives two different treatments. Carbonic maceration for the first parcel, whereas the second is gradually crushed by hand during maceration. Loaded with spices, fruits and a beautiful savoury backbone. Think Christmas cake but smooth as velvet.
