Notes from the winemaker.
A minimal intervention orange wine made from South Australian Zibibbo grapes. Unfined, unfiltered, and sans soufre, this wine has been made with whole bunch fermentation and extended maceration over a period of seven months, then aged for several more months. It is designed as a fun, drinkable table wine — a vin de soif — that delivers musky flavours and an irreverent bouquet of summer stone fruits. Each bottle is adorned with a crochet bottle collar, handmade by Joel’s mum Moira.
