Nasciri is based in Calabria, and is a farm which produces organic olive oil and wine. In their own words, they ‘believe in life’. This philosophy is seen throughout their processes and beliefs. They do everything themselves, and don’t any preservatives or other substances that could affect the product. 100% Greco here, on skins for a week then pressed and aged in stainless. Unfined and unfiltered. So fresh and light with a flinty tannin. Tropical fruits a plenty. Holiday wine. A pineapple a day keeps the worries away.
