Simon Amber makes these wines...
He's a mate of Travis Tausend's - they actually share some winery space. Simon has been described to me as "the maddest chiller" lol. Skin contact Pinot Gris here. 30% macerated, the rest direct pressed. Aged in old barrels, with no adds what so ever. Textural yet fresh. Peel back the layers and enjoy the ride.
