2021 Tom Wine

Notes from Bob… and Tom!
Every year we blend different experimental wines into one whacky blend, this is what has come to be known as the Tom wine. The beauty of this wine is that it's different every vintage, so if you didn't like it last year try it again, ha! This year the Tom wine is whole bunch sauvignon blanc, full carbonic syrah, and shiraz rose that has been fermented on chardonnay skins. This wine is low alcohol, super bright and changes depending on the temperature.
