2021 Tavel Prima

The Pfifferlings are the cornerstone of the Renaissance of Tavel; the Mayor now onside, the wealth of all the terroirs of the appellation at Eric's disposal. He is now ageing some of his Tavel wines longer before release and so the 'Prima' harks back to the style of his Tavel at the beginning. So juicy, crispy and moreish, it is stunning.
